摘要
研究了pH=2的弱酸性介质中,钒(Ⅴ)催化溴酸钾氧化靛蓝胭脂红褪色的指示反应和反应机理,确定了催化褪色反应测定钒(V)的动力学条件,考察了20多种共存物质对测定的影响,建立了一种新的测定微量钒(Ⅴ)的动力学方法.方法的线性范围:0~0.278mg/L,0.278~0.833mg/L.用于食品样、矿样中钒(Ⅴ)的测定,结果满意.
A new catalytic-spectophotometry method is studied for the determination of trace vanadium(Ⅴ), based on the vanadium(Ⅴ) catalyzed reduction of indigo carmine(IC) by potassium bromate in weak acidic medium at pH=2. The linear range of the method is 0~0.278 mg/L and 0.278~0.833 mg/L. The method is applied to the determination of vanadium(Ⅴ)in biological samples and mineral samples with satisfactory results.
