摘要
通过配煤的方法,对高灰熔融性淮南煤与4种低灰熔融性煤进行配加,可以显著的降低淮南煤的高灰熔点。配煤灰熔点的变化不是两种单煤灰熔点简单的加和关系,而是非线性的关系,配煤灰熔点与煤灰组成之间也有很大的关系。通过灰样及熔渣的红外光谱分析,初步探讨灰熔融性变化机理。
This thesis studies the high ash fusibility Huainan coal blended with four low fusibility coals. The result indicates that the high ash fusion point of Huainan coal can be reduced by the method of coal blending. The changes of ash fusion point of coal blending are not the relationship of simple additivity of ash fusion point for two blended coals but that of non-linearity. Besides, the ash fusion points are also largely influenced by the coal ash components. Infrared experiments of coal ash components and melting residue are carried out to delve into the cause of ash melting.
