喷油抑尘——安全卫生新技术的研究

摘要 对喷油抑尘设备及喷施白色矿物油后小麦品质的变化,以及喷油抑尘的安全卫生效果进行了研究。研究结果表明:喷油抑尘设备工作稳定性能良好,抑尘效率、安全卫生效果高于通风除尘;喷施油雾后的小麦只是容量、休止角、制成面粉的灰分和白度等指标有微小变化,面粉的流变性、小麦的研磨特性等没有明显的变化。最后,用气相色谱法对面粉中的食品级白色矿物油残留量进行检测,完全满足食品卫生要求。 The equipment for dust suppression with oil spraying and the changes in wheat quality after the application of white mineral oil as well as the safety and hygienic results of oil-spray dust suppression have been studied. The results showed that the working steadiness of the equipment was good, and the dust suppression efficiency and the results of safety and hygiene management were better than ventilation and dust collection. There were only little changes in the oil applied wheat in the indexes of volume-weight, angle of repose and the ash content and whiteness of the finished flour product, there were no distinct changes in the rheologic property of flour and the milling characteristics of wheat, etc. Finally, inspecting the residue of white mineral oil in the flour by means of gas chromatography indicated that the hygienic requirements for foods were fully satisfied.
