摘要
对使用的两种不同型号的自动缫丝机D101及D301,就其生丝纤度控制系统(感知器、探索机构、给茧机)及丝条故障检测装置、车头、索理绪机构及其他的传动机构的结构、性能及各自优缺点作了分析对比。并对实际生产中D101及D301自动缫丝机的产质量、缫折、维修及经济效益作了分析比较。
An analytical comparison is made between Automatic Reeling Machines D101 and D301 in regard to raw silk size control system including sensor, detecting mechanism and cocoonsupplier,rawsilktroubledetector, headstock, end groping/picking apparatus, drive structure, performance and their respective merits and demerits, as well as their respective output/quality, cocoon consumption, maintenance and economic gain in thei actual roduction.
