用差压新方法确定模型环道蜡沉积厚度 被引量:15

DETERMINATION OF WAX DEPOSITE THICKNESS IN MODEL LOOP WITH DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE METHOD

摘要 用于计算模型环道蜡沉积厚度的传统差压法未考虑测试段流场畸变对测试段压差的影响。利用Fluent软件对测试段的流场和温度场进行了数值模拟 ,考虑到近壁处油温的下降及管内流场的畸变 ,给出了确定蜡沉积厚度的差压新方法。模拟结果表明 ,在测试段管外冷却水的作用下 ,近壁处油温低于管中心附近的油温 ;冷却水与管壁的换热热阻及钢管管壁的导热热阻的存在使贴壁处油温与冷却水的温度有差异 ,离测试段入口越远 ,它们之间的差值越小 ,管内速度分布发生畸变 (近壁处流速减小 ,管中心附近流速增大 ) ,管段压差增大。流场畸变造成管段压降增加近 10 %。 The effects of flow field aberration on the pressure difference across the tested tube in the model loop are neglected, when the traditional differential pressure method is used to calculate the thickness of wax deposit. The flow field and the temperature field in the tested tube were simulated with the Fluent software. The simulation results show that oil temperature near the wall of the tested tube is lower than that near the center of the tube because of the action of cooling water out of the wall of tested tube, which results in the flow field aberration. The flow velocity of fluid near the wall of tested tube decreased, and that near the center of the tested tube increased, which makes the pressure drop across the tested tube raised by ten percent. A new differential pressure method for determining wax deposit thickness was developed, in consideration of the oil temperature drop near the pipe wall and flow field aberration.
