摘要
目的观察0.5%茚虫威杀蟑饵剂对德国小蠊二次杀灭的效果。方法首先应用饵剂对德国小蠊若虫进行一次杀灭,然后用中毒死亡蟑螂尸体进行二次杀灭。结果一次杀灭,LT50为1.77 d,7 d杀灭率为100%;二次杀灭,12 d杀灭率为77.70%。结论 0.5%茚虫威杀蟑饵剂实验室杀灭德国小蠊的效果良好。
Objective To observe the efficacy of 0. 5% indoxacarb gel bait against Blattella germanica. Methods The first experiment was conducted by gel bait and the second experiment was conducted by dead cockroaches.Results In continuous exposure tests,LT50 value was 1. 77 days and the mortality was 100% seven days after feeding. Dead cockroaches killed 77. 70% nymphs within 12 days. Conclusion An excellent efficacy of 0. 5% indoxacarb gel bait against Blattella germanica is found in the laboratory.
