摘要
平板膜组件是气态膜装置的另一种构型。本文以卤素—NaOH 水溶液和NH_(3-)H_2SO_4水溶液为研究体系,研究了挥发性组份通过板框平板膜组件的传质特性,推导了物质通过板框平板膜组件传质系数的计算公式,研究结果表明,微孔聚四氟乙烯膜有较好的传质能力和在工业上有较好的应用前景。
The plate and frame module is another type of gas membrane equipm-ent.In this paper,mass transfer characteristics of volatile solute acrossmicroporous flat module were investigated using Cl_2,Br_2,I_2-NaOH andNH_3-H_2SO_4 aqueous solutions as research system,respectovely.Mass tran-sfer coefficient,which is represented by K=-(δU)/(2L)ln(1-(2V)/(δWNUt)lnC^0/C^t) wasobtained.The results show that microporous polytetrafluoroethylene film hasgood mass transfer capacity and should have good prospects for commercialapplications.
