摘要
随着油田开发进入中后期,部分油井因地层及套损等原因导致出砂严重,使生产管柱被地层砂埋,造成管柱砂卡,若管柱砂埋深无法上提解卡,处理砂卡管柱常规方法为倒扣起出上部管柱,再套铣打捞被砂埋部分管柱,这样处理缺点是,套铣易造成卡钻及对套管损伤也较大,而且对于管柱上附带电缆的电泵管柱,常规方法处理则更加困难。
With the development of oil?elds entering the middle and late stages,some oil wells are seriously sanded due to stratum and casing damage,which causes the production pipe string to be buried by the formation sand,resulting in sanding of the pipe string.If the pipe column sand depth cannot be lifted,The conventional method for processing the sand pipe column is to reverse the upper pipe string,and then milling and salvaging a part of the pipe column buried by the sand.The disadvantage of the treatment is that the sleeve milling is easy to cause the card drill and the casing damage,and The electric pump string with the cable on the pipe string is more dif?cult to handle by conventional methods.
