信息技术日新月异地迅猛发展,逐步渗透到国民经济的方方面面。水利作为政府的重要工作部门和国民经济的基础设施,必然也将从传统的水利向现代化信息水利发展。本文对国内外水利事业发展中信息技术的应用进行分析,总结展望了未来信息技术在水利事业中的重要影响。
