摘要
本文以铁氧体结环行器的散射矩阵理论为基础,电磁仿真软件Ansoft HFSS为辅助,设计了一种C波段双结微带环行器,并加工样件进行测试,良好的测试性能验证了设计方法的正确性。本文的设计思路可以运用到其它单结或多结微带环行器的设计中。
In this paper, a C band double-junction microstrip circulator is reported. This project is based on the ferrite junction circulator scattering matrix theory, and assisted by the electromagnetic simulation software Ansoft HFSS. A sample is manufactured and tested, the good performance proved the correctness of this design method. The method in this paper can be applied to the design of other single junction or multi-junction microstrip circulator.
