摘要
自然资源的价值首先要在哲学层面予以肯定 ,然后探讨如何利用市场实现自然资源的合理配置 ,这里的关键问题是自然资源的价值要在市场中得以充分体现。本文认为以劳动价值论为理论基础 ,来解释自然资源的价值、解决自然资源的市场配置问题是难以奏效的。
The value of natural resources should be affir me d at the level of philosophy, and then we can further discuss how to realize a r easonable allocation of of natural resources by means of market. The key issue h ere is that the value of natural resources ought to be incarnated thoroughly in market. The author of the essay believes that with the theory on labor value as a theoretica l foundation, it is hard to give a well-conceived explanation of the value of na tural resources and to solve the problem of its allocation in market. Reality ca lls for a new theory on the value of natural resources.
