摘要
锅炉制粉系统计算可分为制粉系统设计的优化选型和现场的制粉系统事故分析、优化运行方式提供技术数据 ,有着很强的工程实用价值。本文就制粉系统计算各种出力的制约关系和中速磨制粉系统干燥剂计算式的表述进行了理论分析 ,有助于制粉系统计算方法的完善、制粉系统运行方式的优化调整。
The milling system calculation can be used in the milling system check calculation and design optimize,and provide boiler engineer with accurate data quickiy in analysis of milling system accidents. In this paper, mill capacity ,heat and quality balances of milling system are analyzed,and it is discussed how to compute the drier of bowel mill direct-fired cold primary fan system. It is helpful for development of calculation methods and operation style optimization for the milling system.
