摘要
以硅酸钠、乙酸乙酯、聚丙烯酰胺等为主要成分制备出亲水膜层。测定了该亲水膜层涂覆在铝合金表面的亲水性、耐蚀性和耐热性等。结果表明:其亲水性、耐蚀性和耐热性优良,能满足空调铝合金翅片的使用要求。
Hydrophilic membranes were prepared with key components of sodium silicate, acetic ether, polyacry-lamide, etc. Hydrophilie property, corrosion resistance and heat resistance of the membranes on Al alloys were tested. Results show that the hydrophilic membranes can meet the needs of Al alloy fins of air-conditioners with good properties mentioned above.
