摘要
运用脉宽调制器 TL494、计算机及采集卡实现了交流高压的自动调节 ,该高压源可测试氧化锌电阻片和压敏电阻片给定电流下的交流 U1m A、U10 0μA、U10μA等参数 ,以及给定交流高压下的全电流 Io、阻性电流 Ir,可用于自动化生产线的大批量交流参数测试 。
The auto adjusting AC high voltage source is developed, it comprises PWM(Pulse width modulation), computer and acquisition card etc.. this power source can be used for measuring AC parameters of MOV and varistors, i.e. U 1mA , U 100μA , U 10μA and I o(total leak current), I r(resistance current). The test accuracy and efficiency can be increased greatly.
