摘要
采用初速度法研究了外磁场对小麦过氧化物酶(POD)酶促反应动力学的影响。发现外磁场可使POD酶促反应体系时间进程加快,反应速度提高。进一步研究表明,外磁场使反应体系的动力学参数发生了变化。
Effect of external magnetic field (0.11T) on peroxidase reaction dynamics of wheat was studied by using initial rate method in this paper. Results showed that magnetic field could cause acceleration of reaction rate, and change the Km and Vm of the peroxidase enzymic system as well.
