摘要
目的 研究蝎毒素IV纤溶作用的内皮细胞介导机制。方法 培养的人脐静脉血管内皮细胞分别与剂量为 0 ,1,2 ,4 ,8mg/L的蝎毒素IV孵育后 ,测定蝎毒素IV对内皮细胞释放组织型纤溶酶原激活剂 (t PA)、组织型纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物(PAI 1)的影响。结果 蝎毒素IV在低剂量能降低t PA和PAI 1活性 ,但t PA/PAI 1比值较对照组相比明显升高。结论 蝎毒素IV能够通过影响内皮细胞功能 ,发挥纤溶作用 ,提示其为纤溶促进剂。
OBJECTIVE The mechanic research of scorpion venom component IV into fibrinolysis was carried out in endothelial cells. METHOD Cultured confluent human umbilical vein endothelial cells were incubated with scorpion venom component IV at the concentration of 0,1,2,4,8mg/L, respectively. The releases of tissue type plasminogen activator (t PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor 1(PAI 1) were determined.RESULTS The activity of t PA and PAI 1 decreased, however, the ratio of t PA to PAI 1 increased at the low concentration of scorpion venom component Ⅳ when compared with the control.CONCLUSION Scorpion venom component Ⅳ can stimulate fibrinolysis by influencing the function of endothelial cell.
