摘要
目的 探讨细针吸取细胞学检查对颈部肿大淋巴诊断价值。方法 对颈部肿大的淋巴结行细针穿刺细胞学检查并与临床确诊诊断对照分析。结果 1120例肿大淋巴结以淋巴结核、肿瘤及淋巴炎为主,穿刺细胞学诊断符合率达86.7％(971/1120),并发症发生率仅为0.6％(7/1120)。结论 细针吸取细胞学检查具有简单、安全、诊断符合率高等优点,可作为首选的诊断方法。
Objective To probe into the clinic dignosis value of fine - needle aspiration cytology of jugular tumefaction lymph. Methods Methods fine - needle aspiration cytology was used for 1 120 cases with jugular tumefaction lymph. Then contradistinguishing the cytology dignosis and clinic dignosis. Results Scrofula-, tumor and adenolymphitis were the main pathogeny of jugular tumefaction lymph. The positive rate of fine-needle aspiration cytology was 86.7% (971/1 120-. The rate of complication was only 0.06% (7/1 120). Conclusion Fine -needle aspiration cytology is a simple,safe and high positive rate mathod in dignosing jugular tumefaction lymph . It has important clinic value for diagnosis and treat and may be used for the primary dignosis mathod.
