摘要
人工饲养新孵出黄喉拟水龟(MauremysmuticCantor)龟苗,试验期为44个月。观察与测量结果表明,雌、雄性别在背甲长、背甲宽、体高的形态参数及其与体重的相关关系上没有明显差异;雌、雄性别形态的区别在于第二性征的出现,即雌性腹甲平坦,尾巴短小,泄殖孔近尾基部;雄性腹甲内凹,尾巴粗壮,泄殖孔远离尾基部。雌、雄生长存在明显差异,雄性生长快于雌性。在试验期间,雄性个体增重为雌性个体的1.253倍。
The difference between the male and the female TBMauremys mutica in morphology is the second sex characters. Before their second sex characters occur, it is very difficult to identify male or female in morphology. The measurements in morphology between male and female are similar. But there is diversity in growth characters between male and female. The male grow faster than the female. The larval Mauremys mutica were reared to 44 months. The individuals were observed by morphology and anatony. The results show that by the end of the experiment, the body weight of the male increased to 1.253 times compared with that of the female.
