促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素及其受体在痛觉调节中作用的研究进展

摘要 最近的大量研究表明 ,促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素 (CRF)和CRF类似肽广泛分布于脑、脊髓和内脏器官。CRF和CRF类似肽均可与CRF受体结合。CRF受体 (CRFR)可分为CRFR 1、CRFR 2和CRFR 3三种类型。CRFR 2又分为A、B、C三个亚型。各种CRF受体激活时 ,对细胞产生相应的功能调节。CRF参与机体多层次的痛觉调节 ,CRF。
