Development on Technology of Bevel Gear Measurement

摘要 综述了锥齿轮测量技术的发展现状 ,重点介绍了近年来国内外锥齿轮整体误差测量方法和仪器。我国自行开发的啮合式点扫描锥齿轮整体误差测量仪 ,适合批量生产锥齿轮的测量 。 Briefly synthesized the status of bevel gear measuring technology, the measuring methods and instruments for bevel gear integrated error measurement in home and abroad are introduced. The rolling scanning bevel gear tester developed by Chengdu Tool Research Institute for bevel gear integrated error measurement is suitable particularly for bevel gear mass production with good opportunity in the coming years.
