低温热水辐射地板传热平面肋片模型的改进 被引量:10

Corrected composite-fin model of heat conduction in embed-pipe heated floor

摘要 采用肋基温度系数法对辐射地板传热的平面肋片模型进行了修正.利用有限元法对二维低温热水辐射地板导热微分方程进行了数值模拟计算.将原有平面肋片模型计算结果和改进后的模型计算结果与数值模拟结果比较,表明改进后的平面肋片模型计算结果比原有模型更接近数值模拟结果,与现有的地方规范中的数据基本吻合. The temperature of composite-fin base and the temperature of floor surface above embed pipe in composite-fin model of embed-pipe heated floor are lower than the temperatures calculated by one dimension conduction. The existing composite-fin model was corrected by using the correction coefficient of temperature for composite-fin base. The new model has higher accuracy than existing model in calculating heat gain of heated floor. The results obtained with the new model and existing model are compared with the results of numerical simulation. The results obtained with the new model tally with the data of active codes as well.
