摘要
2 0世纪 90年代以来 ,随着我国科学技术和高等教育评价体系的逐步建立和完善 ,SCI(ScienceCitationIndex ,科学引文索引 )已经逐渐成为我国对研究机构、高校、科研管理部门、学科领域和论文作者的实力和贡献进行评价和奖励的重要指标。作者介绍了SCI的基本情况 ,评价了它在我国科技事业中发挥的积极作用及其负面影响 ,并指出了我国科技人员要提高学术论文被SCI的收录率应采取的几项措施 ,旨在为有关部门及论文著者更好地利用SCI提供参考。
Since 1990s, when the appraisement systems for science and technology as well as higher education were increasingly established and improved in our country, SCI (Science Citation Index) has gradually become a very important index which is used to assess the actual strength and reward their contributions for various scientific institutions, colleges and universities, scientific management agencies, scientific discipline fields as well as the authors of academic articles. This paper introduced the basic situation of SCI, assessed its positive and negative effects on the development of scientific career in our country, as well pointed out several counter-measures which can be taken by the scientists and researchers so as to increase the adoption rates of their papers by SCI, the purpose lies in providing some references for the relevant departments and scientific articles' authors.
