摘要
对具有双联整铸、空心气冷、定向柱晶结构特点的涡轮导向叶片的精密铸造工艺进行了研究。结果表明,在模具设计与制造中可实现叶片蜡模组焊整铸式的结构形式,通过组焊工装既可实现单联叶片蜡模的焊接,又能满足焊接后各单联叶片的相互位置要求;通过合理的浇注系统设计及定向凝固工艺参数的选定,解决了双联叶片定向柱晶生长难题;采用三坐标测量机实现了双联叶片型面、流道点、弯扭控制点及喉道面积的自动化控制及测量。
The investment casting technique of the turbine guide vanes with structural characteristics,such as double integral-cast,hollow gas cooling and directional column crystal,was investigated.The results show that,integrally cast structure can be realized by welding blade wax patterns in the pattern design and manufacture.By the group welding tool,it is not only realized the welding of the single blade wax pattern,but also meet the relative position requirements between each welded single blade wax pattern.Based on the reasonable gating system design and selected directional solidification parameters,the problem of the columnar growth in the directional solidification of the twin blade was solved.Automatic control and measurement of the profile,passage point,bending and torsion control point as well as throat area of the twin blade can be achieved by using the coordinate measuring machine.
