无功补偿装置故障在线监测系统设计

摘要 针对目前农用电网上的无功补偿装置故障检测的时效性较低、准确率较差的现状,文中在深入研究农业用电的无功补偿装置故障产生原因与故障类型统计的基础上,设计出了一套适合农业工作环境要求的无功补偿装置故障在线监测系统。该系统以TMS320F28335为控制器芯片,采用差分思想对电容器组中的故障电容器进行故障定位,并建立了与无功补偿装置保护装置的通讯接口。该故障在线监测系统经上电调试与运行,结果表明此系统可以准确地进行电容器组内的初期故障定位以及保护装置动作时的信息反馈,有效地降低了引发无功补偿装置发生严重故障的隐患。 Aiming at the current situation of low efficiency and poor accuracy in fault detection of reactive power compensation device on agricultural power network,based on the reactive power compensation device in electric fault in-depth study of the causes and fault types of agricultural statistics,a set of suitable for agricultural work environment requirements of the fault of reactive power compensation device online monitoring system is designed in this paper.The system takes the TMS320F28335 as the controller chip,uses the difference thought to carry on the fault location of the fault capacitor in the capacitor group.The communication interface between the protection device and the reactive power compensation device is also established.On line monitoring system of the fault has been debugged and run on.The results show that the system can accurately carry out the initial fault location in the capacitor group and the information feedback of the protection device,effectively reduce the hidden trouble of the serious fault of the reactive power compensation device.
