摘要
电子政府的建立是政府管理方式的革命,它不仅意味着要通过网络去处理属于其管辖范围内的一部分公共管理事务,更意味着政府行政管理要进一步地公开和透明。在加入WTO后,实行电子政务,建立电子政府,有利于政府行政管理职能的进一步转变。
