摘要
本文把企业的具体战略抽象出来,从企业的战略群而不是影响单个企业战略的因素着手,提出企业战略的抽象群和战略生态的概念。讨论了战略生态的含义、结构、主要形态、战略生态的平衡与稳定以及战略互动与战略生态的关系。同时探讨了战略生态的应用价值。
This paper focus on the abstract of organizational strategy present the idea of pure strategy group and strategy ecology from the view of cluster of strategy rather than any factors that affecting organizational strategy.This paper discuss the definition,structure,modality,and the homeostasis of strategy ecology,the applied value of strategy ecology in practice.
