摘要
立德树人是学校的根本任务,"五风"建设是治校之本,制度建设是保障,师资队伍建设是基础,德育工作要针对中职学生的实际,精选教育路径,精准施策,确保人才培养质量。
Strengthening moral education and cultivating people is the fundamental task of the school.The construction of'tendencies(to effect the transition,to communism prematurely,to exaggerate,to order about arbitrarily,to rely on commandism,and to behave as the privileged)'is the foundation of school management.The system construction is the guarantee.The construction of the teaching staff is the foundation.The moral education work should aim at the actual situation of secondary vocational students,select educational paths,and accurately implement policies to ensure the quality of personnel training.
