摘要 目的 介绍新颖剂型原位凝胶的概念 ,阐述其形成机制及在药物控制释放领域的应用。方法 参阅相关文献 ,对其进行综合、分析和归纳。结果与结论 原位凝胶可根据形成机制分为温度、离子强度或pH敏感等类型。多样化的凝胶机制为设计不同途径的药物传递系统提供了丰富的选择 ,特别是可生物降解原位凝胶已经在长效植入系统和蛋白质及多肽类给药系统等方面展示出了令人瞩目的潜力。
