摘要
目的 探讨事件相关电位P3 0 0 的四个主要成分是否反映特定的认知功能。方法 将12 0名正常受试者按年龄分为三组 ,即 2 0~ 34岁组、35~ 5 4岁组和 5 5~ 70岁组 ,对所有受试者采用全套韦氏成人智力测验 (WAIS RC)等多项神经心理学测验以及P3 0 0 进行测评 ,将神经心理学测验结果与P3 0 0 结果进行Spearman等级相关分析。 结果 三个年龄组中的N2 潜伏期、P2 波幅、N1波幅均与反映注意、短时记忆的神经心理学测验存在以下相关 :在 2 0~ 34岁组中 ,N2 潜伏期与即刻视觉再生呈负相关 (r=- 0 35 2 ) ,P2 波幅与即刻视觉再生呈正相关 (r =0 339) ,N1波幅与即刻视觉再生呈正相关 (r =0 331)。在 35~ 5 4岁组中 ,N2 潜伏期与数字广度、数字符号、词汇流畅均呈负相关 (r分别 =- 0 35 7、- 0 385、- 0 316 ) ;P2 波幅与延线测验B呈负相关 (r =- 0 4 2 7) ;N1波幅与即刻逻辑记忆呈正相关 (r =0 343)。在 5 5~ 70岁组中 ,N2 潜伏期与数字符号、词汇流畅呈负相关 (r分别 =- 0 4 88和 - 0 32 1) ,与延线测验B呈正相关 (r =0 36 6 ) ;P2 波幅与数字符号呈正相关 (r =0 314 ) ;N1波幅与词汇流畅呈正相关 (r =0 4 37)。在不同的年龄组中 ,P3 0 0 的其他指标与神经心理学测验相关性不一致。
Objective To test whether the subcomponents of evoked potential P_ 300 could represent specific cognitive functions. Methods All 120 normal subjects were tested with the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-Revised-China(WAIS-RC), Logical Memory, Visual Reproduction, Stroop Test, Verbal Fluency, Trail Making, Tower of Hanoi (TOH), Modified Version of Wisconsin Card Sorting Tests (WCST) and P_ 300 . The subjects were divided into three age groups, i.e., the 20-34 group, 35-54 group, and 55-70 group. Results In three groups, N_2 latency, P_2 amplitude and N_1 amplitude were related to some neuropsychological tests for attention and short memory. In 20-34 age group, Visual Reproduction (immediately) related to N_2 latency ( r =-0.352), P_2 amplitude ( r =0.339) and N_1 amplitude ( r =0.331). In 35-54 age group, N_2 latency was linked to Digit Span ( r =-0.357), Digit Symbol ( r =-0.385), Verbal Fluency( r =-0.316), and P_2 amplitude to Trail Making B( r =-0.427), N_1 amplitude to Logical Memory (immediately) ( r =0.343). In 55-70 group, N_2 latency had relations with Digit Symbol ( r =-0.488), Verbal Fluency( r =-0.321), Trail Making B( r =0.366), P_2 amplitude with Digit Symbol ( r =0.314), N_1 amplitude with Verbal Fluency( r =0.437). Among different groups, the correlativity of the other P_ 300 subcomponents and some neuropsychological tests were different. Conclusion P_ 300 subcomponents of P_3, N_2, P_2, and N_1 may reflect different but not specific cognitive functions. Age could affect the correlativity of P_ 300 components and cognitive functions.
