摘要
用18种培养基对梨黑星病菌进行分离培养结果表明,用PDA、改进PDA及PSA培养较易分离成功,在改进PDA+L′中营养生长速率最大,20℃下培养20d菌落直径可达12mm,并产生分生孢子。药效测定试验表明,10.0μg/mL的70%代森锰锌或5%杀菌清水剂及5.0μg/mL的植物制剂20%苦皮藤水浸液,对梨黑星病菌分生孢子萌发有很高的抑制作用,抑制率分别达100%,100%和78.71%。
Modified PDA,PDA and PSA were three effective media used for isolation of Venturia prina among eighteen selected media.The great growth rate of mycelium has been obtained at 20 ℃ on the PDA+L′.10.0 μg/mL of 70% mancozeb or 5% chlorothalonil and 5.0 μg/mL of 20% Chineses bittersweet were effective for suppressing conidia germination of Venturia prina.The suppressive rate were 100%,100% or 78.71% respectively.
