降凝剂对高蜡原油流变性的改性效果分析 被引量:19

FLOWABILITY OF WAXY CRUDE AT LOW TEMPERATURE UNDER THE CONDITION OF POUR POINT DEPRESSANT

摘要 研究了降凝剂对中原WC98 2井原油流变性的影响 ,探讨了降凝剂的筛选、不加剂和加剂原油全粘温曲线的测定、重复加热和高速剪切对加剂效果的影响及降凝剂改性效果的时效性。实验结果表明 ,降凝剂使原油的凝点和反常点降低 ,原油的牛顿流体温度范围变宽 ,并使非牛顿流体温度下的粘度减小 ,但牛顿流体温度范围内的粘度基本无变化。重复加热的温度高于原油的反常点 10℃以上时 ,重复加热对降凝剂的改性效果无明显影响 ;但重复加热温度低于原油反常点时 ,重复加热将显著恶化降凝剂的改性效果。加剂原油温度高于原油反常点时 ,高速剪切对降凝剂的改性效果无明显影响 ;但在原油析蜡高峰区温度范围内 ,高速剪切 。 The pour point depressants (PPDS) are used to improve the flowability of WC98 2 waxy crude from Zhongyuan Oilfield. The modification effects of various factors on rheology and thermal characters of waxy crude treated by PPDS are investigated. The experimental results show that PPDS can reduce the pour point and abnormal point of crude. The temperature range of Newtoniam liquid is broadened. The viscosity of crude at the temperature range of no Newtoniam liquid is lowered by pour point depressants. The influence of reheating and high speed shear on the effect of PPDS mainly depends on their temperature. When the reheating temperature is more than the abnomal point of crude by 10 ℃, the reheating process has little effect on the modification efficiency of PPDS. However, when the reheating temperature is below the abnomal point of crude, the reheating pocess will reduce the modifying efficiency of PPDS. When the reheating temperature is over the abnormal point, high speed shear has little effect on modification of PPDS. The high speed shear carried out in the period of a great large of waxy crystals will greatly reduce the modification efficiency of PPDS.
