摘要
目的观察临床护理路径在股骨头坏死围术期护理中的应用,探讨其护理效果。方法将该院2016年1月—2017年4月收治的72例股骨头坏死患者设为研究对象,根据患者临床护理方式不同分为对照组与试验组各36例,给予对照组常规护理干预,试验组在其基础上给予临床护理路径,观察并比较两组患者护理情况。结果经护理后统计分析,数据回馈发现试验组护理质量评分与患者对护理满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径应用于股骨头坏死围术期的护理中可达到满意效果,利于提高临床护理质量与效果,提升患者对护理满意度,进而维护护患关系和谐,具有重要临床应用与推广价值。
Objective To observe the application of clinical nursing pathway in avascular necrosis of the femoral head in perioperative nursing care for patients, to investigate the effect of nursing. Methods In our hospital from January 2016 to April 2017 were 72 cases of femoral head necrosis were set as the research object, according to the clinical nursing of patients were divided into control group and experimental group with 36 cases in each group, given the the control group received routine nursing intervention, the experimental group was given clinical nursing path on the basis of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After nursing care after statistical analysis, data feedback score and found the patients in experimental group nursing quality of nursing satisfaction was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in nursing care of perioperative femoral head necrosis can achieve satisfactory effect, and the effect to improve the quality of clinical care, improve patient satisfaction with care, and maintain the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, has important clinical application value.
