摘要 目的探究X线与CT在急性膝关节损伤中的应用。方法针对40例急性膝关节损伤患者分别实施X线与CT检测,记录其检测结果后分析两组方法在临床中使用的准确性;入选患者均为该院2014年1月—2017年1月间收治的40例患者。结果该次共计入选者的40例患者均实施手术,发现患者累计共有45处损伤,而X线诊断共发现35处损伤,其准确性为77.78%;CT检查共发现43处损伤,其准确性为95.56%;CT检查的骨折塌陷和劈裂距离更接近损伤实际情况。结论急性膝关节损伤的X线与CT对比分析和研究发现,二者均能对患者的损伤情况做出判断,但是CT检测的准确性更高,同时更接近于患者实际情况,因此值得临床优先选择使用。 Objective To explore the application of X-ray and CT in acute knee injury.Methods The 40 cases of patients with acute knee joint injury were performed X-ray and CT detection,accuracy analysis using two methods in clinical records in the detection results;the patients were 40 cases in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 Results 40 cases of patients.The selected a total of the patients underwent surgery,found that patients with the cumulative total of 45 lesions,and X-ray diagnosis were found in 35 lesions,the accuracy was 77.78%;43 lesions were found by CT,the accuracy was 95.56%.CT;check the fracture collapse and splitting the distance closer to the actual situation of injury.Conclusion Acute injury of knee joint X-ray and CT analysis and comparative study found that the two can make judgments on the damage of patients,but the accuracy of CT is higher,and more close to the actual situation of patients,so it is worthy of clinical choose to use.
