摘要
目的对硒及硒化物的药理作用及其作用机制研究进展进行了综述。方法对近年来国内外相关文献进行归纳和总结。结果硒是人和动物机体必需微量元素之一,除了具有抗衰老、清除自由基等作用外,硒还具有改善阿尔茨海默症、抗肿瘤、增强免疫力、保护心血管等作用。其作用机制主要是:作为多种酶的组成成分或活性中心,参与正常机体多种酶的生化过程。结论目前对硒化物的研究主要集中在抗氧化活性方面,对抗肿瘤、保护心血管等其他方面的药理研究还较少;对硒化物的药理作用及其机制研究仍需深入开展。
Objective To overviewthe pharmacological activities and mechanism of selenium and selenium compounds. Methods Made a summarization based on relative references about selenium compounds.Results Selenium is one of the essential trace elements in human and animals. Besides anti-ageing and clearance of free radical effects,selenium also possessed protective effects on Alzheimer,tumor,immunity and cardiovascular disease. The main mechanism is that selenium acts as an important component or active center of many enzymes,participating biochemical processes of several enzymes in human body. Conclusion The research on the pharmacological action of seleniumcompounds and its mechanism still need to be further studied.
