摘要
目的观察综合护理在重症肺炎患者机械通气治疗期间的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月—2017年1月哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院ICU收治的行机械通气治疗的重症肺炎患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者行综合护理,比较两组患者护理前和护理4个月后生命体征、血气分析指标及护理满意度。结果护理前两组患者呼吸、心率、pH值、PaO_2及PaCO_2比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组患者呼吸、心率及PaCO_2低于对照组,pH值和PaO_2高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可有效改善重症肺炎患者机械通气治疗期间生命体征和血气分析指标,且患者护理满意度较高。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care in treating patients with severe pneumonia during mechanical ventilation. Methods A total of 60 patients with severe pneumonia were seleted in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from January 2006 to January 2017,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 30 cases. The patients of control group recevied routine nursing,the patients of control group recevied comprehensive nursing care,the vital signs,blood gas analysis indexes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results No statistically significant differences of breathing,heart rate,pH value,PaO_2 and PaCO_2 between the two groups before nursing( P > 0. 05); after nursing,breathing,heart rate and PaCO_2 of observation group were statistically significantly lower than those of control group, pH value and PaO_2 of observation group were statistically significantly higher than those of control group( P < 0. 05). The nursing satisfaction of observation group was statistically significantly higher than that of control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care can effectively improve the vital signs and blood gas analysis indexes of patients with severe pneumonia during mechanical ventilation, and the nursing satisfaction of patients is higher.
