重庆地区副舟骨和副舟骨源性疼痛与平足症患病率及多因素相关分析 被引量:2

A study on the prevalence and multifactor correlation analysis of accessory navicular and symptomatic or the flatfoot related with accessory navicular in Chongqing

摘要 目的调查研究重庆地区副舟骨发生率和副舟骨源性疼痛与平足症患病率及多因素相关分析。方法研究设计为现况研究,对重庆市西南医院和重庆市中医院体检患者调查及其足踝X线片进行分析,内容包括研究对象性别、年龄、地区、教育水平、劳动性质。采用单因素Logistic回归和多因素Logistic回归模型筛选副舟骨发生率高危地区和人群及副舟骨源性疼痛与平足症患病率的高危因素。结果 1447例纳入研究分析。其中副舟骨202例,总发生率为13.96%,其中I型副舟骨19例(1.31%),Ⅱ型副舟骨157例(10.85%),Ⅲ型副舟骨26例(1.80%)。女性副舟骨发生率(17.26%)高于男性(10.86%),(2=12.336,<0.01)。副舟骨源性疼痛48例,患病率3.32%,副舟骨源性平足症14例,患病率为0.97%,均为Ⅱ型副舟骨。副舟骨源性疼痛患病率与年龄、地区、教育水平无关,女性及体力劳动为副舟骨源性疼痛患病率的高危因素。结论重庆地区副舟骨发生率和副舟骨源性疼痛与平足症患病率较高,有必要在医护人员及广大群众加强该病的诊治宣教。 Objective To investigate the prevalence and multifactor correlation of accessory navicular(AN) and symptomatic or the flatfoot related with AN in Chongqing. Methods The study design was cross-sectional. The objects were those health examination people who came from the Southwest Hospital and the Traditional Chinese Medical of Chongqing and their X-rays examination of the feet. The investigation studied their gender, age, district, the education level and labor kind. Single and multivariable Logistic regression models were applied to analyze the high risk population. Results A total 1447 people were studied in which 202 people have the AN, the prevalence is 13.96%. The type I, Ⅱ, Ⅲ respectively have 19 people, 157 people and 26 people, the prevalence were respectively 1.31%, 10.85% and 1.80%. The prevalence of female(17.26%) was higher than the male(10.86%)( 2=12.336, P<0.01). The symptomatic AN were 48 people,the prevalence was 3.32%. The related AN flatfoot were 14 people, the prevalence was 0.97%, all of them were the typeⅡ AN. The prevalence of symptomatic AN has no significant differences in different ages, districts and the education levels, but it is related to the gender and work level kind. The female and manual labours were the high-risk factors. Conclusions The risk of AN, symptomatic AN and the flatfoot related with AN have a high rate of prevalance in Chongqing district, we should focus more attention on the instruction of it to the people of medical works and the folks.
