摘要
人们的生活水平不断提高,对于食品安全、品质的要求也更高。国家在食品检测方面的控制力度也越来越强,但食品安全问题依旧时有发生,这使食品检测越发受到社会各界的关注。在这样的背景下,食品检测技术的合理应用显得更加重要,高效液相色谱法技术是一种比较有效的检测手段,操作简单,结果可靠。本文就针对这项技术在食品检测中的应用进行研究。
In today's people's living standards continue to improve, food safety, quality requirements are also higher. The control of food in the country is becoming more and more strong, but in recent years, food safety problems still occur from time to time, which makes food testing more and more attention from all walks of life. In this context, the rational use of food detection technology is more important, high-performance liquid chromatography technology is an effective means of detection, simple operation, reliable results. In this paper, the application of this technology in food detection was studied in several aspects.
