摘要
随着人们生活水平的提高,饮食安全逐渐成为人们关注的重点问题之一,特别是食品中的添加剂,一直是备受人们关注的食品安全问题。为了帮助人们更好地了解食品添加剂,进一步保证人们的正常食品安全,根据笔者自身多年的工作经验,总结了当前比较常见的一些食品添加剂,并对其作用和应用现状进行了简单的介绍,然后对当前存在的食品安全问题提出几点建议,以期有助于我国人民改善当前食品安全问题。
With the improvement of people's living standards,food safety has become one of the key issues of concern,especially in food additives,which people have paid much attention to food safety issues. In order to understand food additives,further guarantee people's normal food safety,I summed up the current number of the more common food additive based on years of work experiences,and briefly descriped its role and application status,and putted forward my own proposals to help our people better to improve food safety considering current food safety issues.
