摘要
目的评价注射自体血浓缩生长因子(concentrated growth factors,CGF)改善面部炎性衰老的效果,检测CGF中CD34^+细胞的含量。方法自2017—2018年,40例患者抽取全血,用Medifuge系统制备获得自体CGF,应用流式细胞仪检测其中CD34^+细胞的含量,再将CGF注射至患者面部真皮内。3个月后,采用《女性面部皮肤衰老临床症状量化评分表》和VISIA皮肤分析仪进行疗效评价。其中,33例患者完成远期随访。结果所有患者的症状得到改善。术区无皮肤红肿、感染、溃疡、纤维化、异常增生、皮下结节等并发症发生;面部皮肤粗糙干燥、不规则色素改变、面色萎黄、皮肤弹性等均得到改善。VISIA检测显示,术区红色区、毛孔以及斑点均有减少。流式细胞仪检测显示,CGF中富集了较多的CD34^+细胞。结论 CGF是一种富含CD34^+细胞的浓缩生长因子血浆,面部注射CGF是改善面部炎性衰老的有效治疗方法。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the injection of autologous concentrated growth factors(CGF)in the improvement of facial inflamm-aging and to detect the content of CD34^+cells in CGF.Methods From 2017 to 2018,whole blood was extracted from 40 patients to produce activated autologous CGF using the Medifuge system.The content of CD34^+cells in CGF was detected by flow cytometry.Then CGF was injected into the dermis of the face of 40 female patients(from 40 to 55 years old).After 3 months,the curative effect was evaluated by A Quantification Scale for Clinical Symptoms of Facial Skin Aging in Women and VISIA complexion analysis.Among these patients,33 completed long-term follow-up.Results The symptoms of all patients were improved.No complications such as redness,edema,infection,ulcer,fibrosis,abnormal hyperplasia,or subcutaneous nodules occurred.Skin roughness and dryness,irregular pigmentation,yellow complexion and skin elasticity all showed improvement.The VISIA complexion analysis revealed that the red region,pores and flecks in the treatment areas of patients reduced.Flow cytometry revealed that CGF was rich in CD34^+cells.Conclusion CGF are a kind of concentrated growth factor plasma rich in CD34^+cells.Facial injection of CGF is an effective treatment to improve facial inflamm-aging.
