摘要 为保障水轮机发电机组的安全运行,对水轮机活动导叶磨蚀损伤机理进行研究。基于欧拉固液两相流模型对水轮机活动导叶内部的固液两相紊流进行数值模拟,对磨损情况进行了分析,提出了导水机构的磨损预估及相应的修复建议。所得结论可供相关研究人员参考。 In order to ensure the safe operation of the hydroelectric power generating unit,the mechanism of the abrasive damage on the movable guide vane of the water turbine is studied herein. Based on Eulerian solid-liquid two-phase flow model,a numerical simulation is made on the solid-liquid two-phase flow inside of the movable guide vane of the water turbine; from which the abrasion is analyzed and the prediction on the abrasion of the distributor and the relevant repairing suggestions are put forward as well. The conclusion obtained herein can provide some references for the researchers concerned.
