摘要
城市生活垃圾既是危害社会经济可持续发展的一大公害,也是地球上唯一在增长的一种潜在资源。因此,如何科学有效而又经济地的消纳处理、处置好城市生活垃圾,已成为世界各国极为关注的重大课题之一。在研究分析当前世界各国所采用的3种主要的垃圾消纳处理处置方法利弊的基础上,针对我国的国情提出了以垃圾填埋为主的综合利用与处理方法。
Municipal life waste is not only a factor doing harm to the sustainable development of social economy,but also a potential resource that is increasing throughout the world. Therefore,it is a hotspot attracting many countries′attentions how to deal with municipal life waste scientifically and effectively. In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of three major disposing methods of solid waste in the world are analyzed,and a comprehensive method is proposed to dispose and utilize waste primarily by land fill disposal.
