摘要
为了改善国产高强桥索钢盘条组织和性能,利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、电子背散射衍射仪、万能试验机和维氏硬度计研究了国产盘条(DP)与新日铁盘条(DLP)间的索氏体化工艺、组织及性能的差异。结果表明:DP盘条和DLP盘条在化学成分、加热及轧制工艺方面均类似,主要的差别在于控冷工艺;DLP盘条珠光体片间距细小、集中,且小角度晶界更多,硬度更好且均匀性更佳。为了提高高强桥索钢盘条的国产化水平,必须对盘条的控冷手段进行改进。
In order to improve the microstructure and properties of high strength bridge cable wire rod made in China,the difference of Soxhlet process,microstructure and properties between Chinese wire rod(DP)and Nippon iron wire rod(DLP)was studied by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,electron backscatter diffractometer,universal tester and Vickers hardness tester.The results show that the chemical composition,heating and rolling process of the DP wire rod and the DLP wire rod are similar.The main difference lies in the controlled cooling process.The DLP wire rod has small pearlite sheet spacing,the grain boundaries with small angle are more,the hardness and its uniformity are better.In order to improve the production level of high strength bridge cable wire rod in China,the cooling control means of the wire rod must be improved.
