摘要
在摇瓶中应用二次正交旋转组合设计 ,研究了不同培养时间、接种量、种子液培养时间和装液量对红发夫酵母PhaffiarhodozymaAs2 15 5 7培养生产虾青素的影响 ,并对培养参数进行了优化。结果表明 ,接种量、培养时间和装液量对P rhodozymaAs2 15 5 7虾青素的合成有显著影响 ,最佳虾青素合成参数为 :装液量每瓶 2 5mL( 2 5 0mL摇瓶 ) ,摇瓶培养时间84h ,接种量 12 % ,种子培养时间 5 4h。
Second order rotatable composite design was used to investigate the effects of culture time, inoculum concentration, inoculum culture time and liquid volume in flask on astaxanthin production by P rhodozyma As2 1557 The results showed that inoculum concentration, culture time and liquid volume in flask had significant effects on astaxanthin production of P rhodozyma As2 1557 The optimum parameters were 25?mL liquid medium in 250?mL flask, 84h culture time, inoculum concentration 12% and inoculum culture time 54h
