摘要
以某型号提升机用减速器作为研究对象,借助ANSYS软件和概念-单元方法,对箱体进行优化设计,得到受力变形理想的箱体结构,然后对优化后的箱体再次进行有限元分析,结果表明优化后的箱体刚度和齿轮啮合精度均得到明显的改善。
This paper takes the reducer of a type of coke oven as the research object,with the help of ANSYS software and concept-element method,the case structure gets ideal deformation characteristics.Then,the finite element analysis of the optimized case are carried out again,the results shows that the structure of the case after the design is optimized,the stiffness and the gear meshing are obviously improved.
