大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注后海马CA1区TREK-1、GFAP表达变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察新型双孔钾离子通道亚单元TREK-1及胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)在大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注后海马CA1区的表达变化。方法建立大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)再灌注模型,应用免疫荧光组化和激光扫描共聚焦观察正常大鼠及MCAO再灌注后3、7、30天海马CA1区TREK-1和GFAP表达情况,同时应用Western blotting法检测大鼠MCAO再灌注后3、7、30天海马CA1区TREK-1、GFAP蛋白表达。结果成年大鼠海马CA1区可见TREK-1和GFAP双标阳性的细胞,而未见有TREK-1和NEUN双标阳性的细胞;MCAO再灌注后3、7、30天海马CA1区TREK-1和GFAP表达逐步上调,与正常大鼠比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注后海马CA1区TREK-1、GFAP表达均升高。
