摘要
港珠澳大桥东连香港、西接珠海、澳门,是集桥、岛、隧为一体的超大型跨海通道,岛隧工程是大桥的施工控制性工程,由沉管隧道、东西人工岛三大部分组成,其中沉管隧道是目前世界上综合难度最大的沉管隧道之一。针对港珠澳大桥岛隧工程东人工岛岛隧结合部特殊的工况条件,依据专用清淤船设备特点,制定特殊的清淤施工工艺。文章对专用清淤船的施工条件、设备特点和施工过程做介绍,分析潮流对船舶施工展布影响,制定安全合理的船舶姿态调动方式,从而确保清淤施工顺利进行;同时为今后类似施工区域狭小,水流条件复杂等作业条件下的船舶施工作业提供借鉴。
The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is connected to Hong Kong in the east and Zhuhai and Macao in the west. It is a super-large cross-sea passage integrating bridges,islands and tunnels. The island tunnel project is the construction control project of the bridge. It consists of an immersed tunnel and two artificial islands. Especially,the immersed tunnel is one of the most difficult immersed tunnels in the world. Based on special construction condition of the combination of Eastern island and tunnel in Hong kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge island and tunnel project,specified construction technology has been formulated by relying on the equipment characteristics of the desilting ship. In this paper,construction condition,equipment characteristics and construction process were introduced,and the influence from tidewater was also analyzed. The point was formulating equitable transfer method for ship attitude in order to guarantee that construction is completed safely. At the same time,there was some experience for construction ship at the similarity condition of regional narrow and complicated flow condition.
