摘要
目的分析5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗(5-Aminolevulinic acid Photodynamic Therapy,ALA-PDT)联合高频电治疗外阴尖锐湿疣男女患者治疗次数和治疗周期的差异性,为开展相关治疗提供参考。方法随机选取2011年7月至2016年7月至我科性病治疗室诊治的初发外阴尖锐湿疣患者,根据性别不同分为男性组和女性组,两组均给予ALA-PDT联合高频电治疗,并进行12个月的疗后随访,观察不良反应,对能完成2次以上联合治疗的患者治疗至临床痊愈所需治疗次数和治疗周期进行统计学分析。结果入选患者215例,男108例,女107例,男性组治疗次数平均(3. 60±1. 39)次,治疗周期平均(4. 37±1. 13)周,女性组治疗次数平均(3. 33±1. 26)次,治疗周期平均(4. 23±1. 27)周。经Mann-Whitney U秩和检验,两组治疗次数和治疗周期无统计学差异(P=0. 161、0. 308>0. 05)。结论经长期随访,ALA-PDT联合高频电治疗外阴尖锐湿疣安全、有效,男女患者治疗次数和治疗周期相当,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the differences in treatment frequency and treatment cycle between male and female patients with vulvar condyloma acuminatum( CA) treated by 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy( ALA-PDT) combined with high frequency ionization,so as to provide reference for related treatment. Methods Patients with primary vulvar CA diagnosed in our department from July 2011 to July 2016 were randomly selected and divided into male group and female group according to gender. Both groups were treated with ALA-PDT combined with high frequency ionization therapy,followed up for 12 months and observed adverse reactions. Statistical analysis was made on the treatment frequency and treatment cycle needed from treatment to clinical recovery for patients who could complete ≥2 combined treatments. Results 215 patients were enrolled,including 108 males and 107 females. The average of treatment frequency and treatment cycle in male group were( 3. 60±1. 39) times and( 4.37±1. 13) weeks,while those in female group were( 3. 33±1. 26) times and( 4. 23±1. 27) weeks. There were no significant statistics differences between two groups about treatment frequency and treatment cycle after Mann-Whitney U rank sum test( P = 0.161,0. 308>0. 05). Conclusion After long-term follow-up,ALA-PDT combined with high frequency ionization therapy for vulvar condyloma acuminatum is safe and effective,and the treatment frequency and treatment cycle of male and female patients is equal,which is worthy of popularization and application.
