摘要
针对平面度误差评定的特点,提出了一种新颖的基于实数编码的改进遗传算法.该算法采用基于代沟最小的代选择模型,选用BLX-α混合交叉算子,算法简单、鲁棒性强,优化效率高.同时给出遗传算法评定平面度误差时目标函数数学模型的建立方法.最后,通过不同评价方法对同一平面的平面度误差进行评定,结果证明该方法不仅能收敛到全局最优解,而且具有较快的收敛速度.
According to the characteristics of flatness error evaluation, a novel improved genetic algorithms based on real coding is proposed. A generation-alternation modei based on the minimal generation gap (MGP) and blend crossover operators (BLX - α) are employed. Compared with conventional methods, it has the advantages of simple algorithms, strong robustness and high op timization efficiency. In the meantime, the objective function calculation approach in flatness error evaluation by genetic algorithms is presented. Finally, the experiment results evaluated by differ-ent methods show that the improved genetic algorithm converges to the global optimum more rapidly than conventional methods.
