摘要
目的 建立离子对高效液相色谱法测定特种维生素B6注射液中维生素B6含量的方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法。IntersilC18分析色谱柱 (4 .6mmID× 2 5 0mm ,粒径 5 μm) ,流动相为 80 %乙腈 -水 (14∶86 ) ,含 0 .0 0 5mol·L-1庚烷磺酸钠 ,0 .4 %三乙胺 ,磷酸调pH3) ,流速 1ml/min ,检测波长 2 90nm。结果 线性回归方程Y =0 .6 75 0 +0 .0 0 0 0 0 16 4 2X ,r =0 .9999,线性范围 2 8.2 4~ 14 1.2 μg·ml-1。平均回收率 10 1.0 % ,RSD为 1.5 % ,加样平均回收率为 99.3.0 % ,RSD为 1.7%。结论 用离子对高效液相色谱法测定特种维生素B6注射液中维生素B6含量 ,操作简便 ,结果准确。
Aim A quantitative method was developed for the determination of Vitamin B 6 in Special Type Vitamin B 6 Injection by ion pair HPLC.Methods The chromatographic conditions include column Intersil C 18 ,mobile phase:80% acetonitrile-water(14∶86),contain 0.05mol·L -1 Sodium Heptane,0.4% Triethylamine which was regulated to pH 3 with phosphoric acid,flow rate 1ml/min,wavelength 290nm.Results The regression equation was Y=0.076 46+0.000 000 196 5X(r=0.999 9) and the linear range was 28.24~141.2 μg·ml -1 .The average recovery was 101.0% (n=5),RSD 1.5%.The measurable lowest limit was about 0.05μg·ml -1 .Conclusion The method was sensitive,rapid and accurate.
