摘要
目的探讨新疆产甘草不同地理群体的遗传多样性。方法用人工栽培品种作为对照 ,采用 2 0个 10碱基随机引物对新疆产甘草 (GlycyrrhizauralensisFisch .exDC) 6个不同地理群体的基因组DNA进行RAPD分析。结果共扩增出 175个位点 ,其中多态性位点 10 2条 ,占 5 8.2 8%。通过计算遗传相似性系数 ,建立了UPGMA聚类图。结论不同地理群体中存在一定的遗传多样性 ;产地相距越远 ,群体间相似性程度越低 ;
PurposeTo study the genetic relationship of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.ex DC from six growing areas in Sinkiang.MethodsTwenty different 10 bp oligonucleotide primers of arbitrary sequence were used to amplify the DNAs of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.ex DC from six growing areas in Sinkiang, using cultivated species as control.ResultsAmplified results showed total record of 175 bands, among which 102 (58.28%) were polymorphic. By calculating the genetic similarity coefficient, UPGMA clustering map was made.ConclusionThe genetic diversity exists in different local populations. The far the growing area,the lower the comparability degree among the populations. The wild species and the cultivated species in the same growing area had similar genetic characteristic.
